● Add 1 "Ursarctic" monster from your GY to your hand.
● Tribute 2 "Ursarctic" monsters, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Ursarctic" monster from your Extra Deck, whose Level equals the difference in Levels between those monsters, ignoring its Summoning conditions.
