Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can return 1 Rank 9 or lower Dragon Xyz Monster from your GY to the Extra Deck, then you can Special Summon that monster from your Extra Deck, by using this face-up card you control as material. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer its materials to the Summoned monster.)
