If no Digimon is deleted by this effect, none of your opponent's unsuspended Digimon can digivolve until the end of your opponent's turn.
[Opponent's Turn] While you have a Tamer in play, this Digimon gains ＜Blocker＞ (This Digimon can block in the blocker timing.) and ＜Reboot＞ (Unsuspend this Digimon during your opponent's unsuspend phase.).
