Drakerz Confrontation was an augmented-reality hybrid collectible card game developed and published by Peoleo Entertainment, a French studio based in Tourcoing. The concept combined physical premium trading cards with a free-to-play PC game: players held their cards in front of a webcam, which triggered the appearance of Drakos, the game's mythical half-dragon half-chimera creatures, in an on-screen arena through augmented reality. The PC client launched on Steam on May 19, 2014, following an alpha release in France the previous year, and a Kickstarter campaign brought the product to the United States shortly after. For players without webcams, a purely virtual card collection was available through account login. The game was set in Oniris, a dream world in which players called Drakerz competed in duels for legendary status. The studio employed approximately 85 people at its peak, with around 20 working directly on the title. Development had been underway since 2010. The game is no longer actively maintained.
