Galaxy Angel: Okiraru Party is a collectible card game released in July 2002 by Broccoli, the Japanese media company that created and owned the entire Galaxy Angel franchise. Galaxy Angel launched in 2000 as Project G.A., a multimedia initiative spanning anime, manga, and video games centered on a group of five young women known as the Angel Brigade. The anime premiered on Animax in April 2001 and ran for several sequel series, making 2002 a peak period of franchise activity. Broccoli, known across the hobby community for producing trading card games tied to its properties (including Aquarian Age and Di Gi Charat), released Okiraru Party to capitalize on the anime's growing fanbase. Documentation of the specific card mechanics and set composition is thin in non-Japanese sources, and the game has not been reprinted. Individual cards occasionally appear in collector marketplaces, confirming the product existed as a physical release in Japan.
