Hajime no Ippo: Rush and Rush is a Japanese collectible card game published by Bandai in June 2001, based on the long-running boxing manga and anime Hajime no Ippo (known in English as Fighting Spirit) by George Morikawa. Cards from the set carry designations using an R-prefix numbering system and feature prominent characters from the series including Ippo Makunouchi, Ichiro Miyata, Masaru Aoki, Eiji Date, and Katsumi Orochi. The game was released as a first-edition Japanese-language product and is now out of print, with surviving cards traded on secondary markets such as eBay and Japanese collector platforms where they are described as rare vintage items. Very little documentation of the game's rules, deck construction requirements, or total card count survives in accessible online sources. The product belongs to the wave of manga-licensed CCGs that Bandai produced in the early 2000s to accompany popular Weekly Shonen Champion and Weekly Shonen Jump properties.
