Katekyu Hitman Reborn!, also known as Reborn!, is a Japanese collectible card game published by Broccoli in December 2007, based on Akira Amano's popular manga series that ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2004. The series follows Tsunayoshi Sawada, a middle school student trained by an infant hitman to become the next boss of the Vongola mafia family. The card game's first volume was titled Card Game Arrives! and all cards in each set feature a symbol of one of the series' signature Dying Will Flames of the Sky, tying the physical product tightly to the franchise's power system. Promotional PR Cards were distributed exclusively at stores hosting CCG tournaments, meetings, and workshops, encouraging community play. Multiple volumes were released following the December 2007 launch. Broccoli, a publisher with deep experience in anime CCGs including Galaxy Angel and Di Gi Charat, handled production and distribution. The game remained a Japan-only release and is now a collector item among fans of the franchise.
