Sieg Krone (romanized from the German for "Victory Crown") is a trading card game published by Gree, a Japanese mobile gaming and social media company, with its launch set Holy War Cerberus released on June 27, 2013. The game used a 50-card deck system in which players could include up to four copies of any given card, with character cards divided into three colors (blue, green, red) and skill cards used to awaken or evolve character cards during play. Victory was achieved either by dealing five damage points to the opponent or by preventing the opponent from completing a Charge Phase. What distinguished Sieg Krone from contemporaries was its aggressive licensing strategy: the game rapidly assembled sets based on popular anime series including Attack on Titan, Noragami, Riddle Story of Devil, The Devil Is a Part-Timer, and Strike the Blood. Distribution ran through a network of over 100 partnered card shops across Asia branded as Gold Supporter Shops. The game is now defunct, though sealed sets and individual anime-crossover cards remain collectible.
