The Law of Ueki: The Card Battle is a Japanese collectible card game produced by Bandai in 2005, based on the manga series written and illustrated by Tsubasa Fukuchi and serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday from July 2001 to October 2004. The CCG launched alongside the 51-episode anime television adaptation broadcast on TV Tokyo from April 2005, capitalizing on the property's peak popularity. Three sets were released across the year: Set 1 on June 30, Set 2 on September 9, and Set 3 on November 23, 2005. Cards were divided into character cards and battle cards, each assigned rarity designations and numerical power values used to resolve combat. The series follows Kosuke Ueki, a middle school student given the ability to transform trash into trees, and the card game's roster drew directly from the anime's character ensemble. Like many short-lived Bandai anime tie-in games of the mid-2000s, it remains primarily collectible through the secondary market.
