True Megami Reincarnation TCG is a Japanese collectible card game published by Enterbrain, part of the broader family of trading card games based on Atlus's Shin Megami Tensei (literally True Goddess Reincarnation) franchise. Enterbrain produced Shin Megami Tensei card game products from 1997 onward, with the series continuing through several iterations before passing to Media Factory in 2003 for later releases including a Nocturne-themed set. Enterbrain, the publisher of this entry, was closely associated with the franchise throughout its earlier years and also developed Card Summoner, a card role-playing game for Game Boy Color released in 2001 that was based directly on the trading card game. The game draws on the demonic and mythological iconography central to the Shin Megami Tensei video game series. A later commemorative release called Monument of Reincarnation, published by Bandai for the franchise's 30th anniversary, revisited the original card game's designs. The original Enterbrain-era cards have no confirmed English edition and are now out of print with limited surviving documentation in accessible collector records.
