<b>Response</b>: When you play or put into play an attachment, exhaust either Galadriel or The Gifts of Galadriel to attach it to a character that would be ineligible due to its <b><i>Traits</i></b> or resource icons. Then, either draw 1 card or add 1 resource to the pool of a hero you control. If another player now controls that attachment, do both instead. (Limit twice per round.)
